Class Description

Burlesque Classique takes you all the way back to the 1930s ‘Golden Age’ where burlesque performances began to incorporate elements of strip tease. Students will learn a combination of foundational burlesque moves such as shimmies, bumps, grinds, rolls and sultry strolls. Channel your inner vixen as you learn to seductively remove gloves and corsets, or perhaps a little more if you're game? A classique styled routine will then be created to showcase your newfound skills of seduction, performance and tease. *Classique students will be presented with the opportunity to perform and/or have their routine recorded at the completion of the term. *Performances and recordings are purely optional and is the choice of each individual classique vixen.
