Class Description
Back to Basics is all about stripping it back to the foundations of burlesque, refining and homing in on those essential skills that create a stellar performance. This class is a skills-based class suitable for those both new to burlesque or with prior experience and looking to finesse their craft. Learn your shimmies, bumps, grinds, rolls and sultry strolls to perfection. Gain the confidence to embody your inner vixen as you learn the art of seduction and strip tease. All the burlesque fundamentals will be put together into a short routine so you can showcase your brilliant techniques learnt in this class. Back to Basics is all about exploring the fun of burlesque and developing mastery. *Back to Basics students will be presented with the opportunity to perform and/or have their routine recorded at the completion of the term. *Performances and recordings are purely optional and is the choice of each individual Back to Basics diva.
